I Have No Ego: Deepika Padukone

Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone is having the time of her life as she has been having back-to-back hits in the Box-Office. After success hits some celebs, stardom gets to them and they tend to change their attitude however, we don’t see such a thing with diva Deepika.

From the time she has entered the B-Town, she has been the same with the way she talks and treats people. In 2013, Deepika has done more business than many top male actors but her attitude stays unchanged. In a recent interview, the actress was asked where her ego is! In response to this, Deepika said, “I have no ego. People tell me that I am a very grounded person. More than success, it’s really about enjoying with the people that I work with, and when you start believing that, you know that everything else is secondary.”

Deepika goes on to talk about success and what it is for her. She says that she has sacrificed a lot in her life for the love her work. “Success comes from a having a good time and enjoying yourself and knowing that there’s nothing in the world that it’ll be doing besides acting. I am in that place right now. In my last two years I’ve sacrificed everything for my work-my food, my sleep, my social life, my family time,” she said.

The 27-year-old actress credits this attitude to her parents. She feels that she is this way because of her parents who are currently based in Bangalore. “I think that comes from the way I’ve been brought up by my parents,” Deepika expressed. We hope that the actress stays the same because everyone is loving her just the way she is.
