Superstar
Shahrukh
Khan's
much-hyped
movie
Ra.One
has
created
several
records
in
the
history
of
Hindi
film
industry.
The
latest
record
coming
its
way
is
its
first
week's
collection.
The
superhero
movie
has
scored
whopping
amount
of
Rs
192
crores
at
the
Box
Office
in
the
opening
week
beating
the
record
of
Salman
Khan's
Bodyguard,
which
had
grossed
more
than
Rs
125
crores.
Ra.One
received
a
grand
opening
in
both
multiplexes
and
single
screens
across
the
globe.
The
movie
grossed
Rs
170
crore
at
the
Box
Office
in
the
extended
first
weekend.
But
its
collection
slowed
down
on
week
days.
It
collected
Rs
17
crore
on
Sunday
and
it
dived
to
6.5
crore
on
Monday.
It
fell
down
even
further
to
Rs
4
crore
on
Wednesday.
However,
the
film
Ra.One,
which
has
been
made
with
a
whopping
budget
of
Rs
150
crore,
is
running
in
profit
with
it
first
weeks
earning
crossing
Rs
192
crores.
Now,
it
should
be
seen
whether
Shahrukh-Kareena
starrer
science
fiction
flick
will
be
able
to
break
the
record
of
Bodyguard
(Rs
253
crores)
and
3
Idiots
(Rs
375
crore)
in
its
long
run
or
not.
