Yash
Raj
banner's
latest
movie
Ishaqzaade,
which
stars
Parineeti
Chopra
and
Arjun
Kapoor
in
the
leads,
has
opened
to
a
good
response
at
the
Box
Office.
The
romantic
drama
has
almost
overtaken
another
big
release
Dangerous
Ishhq,
which
features
Karisma
Kapoor
and
Rajneesh
Duggal.
Trade
analyst
were
thinking
that
the
film
Ishaqzaade
will
not
get
a
big
opening
at
the
collection
centres
as
it
has
newcomers
like
Parineeti
and
Arjun
in
the
leads.
But
the
film
has
proved
their
speculations
false.
It
has
registered
50
to
70%
occupancy
in
both
single
screens
and
multiplexes
in
the
first
two
show
on
the
first
day
of
its
release.
The
occupancy
of
the
film
in
the
first
two
shows
was
much
better
than
Yash
Raj's
previous
films
like
Band
Baaja
Baaraat
and
Ladies
Vs
Ricky
Bahl.
Ishaqzaade
has
got
even
better
than
this
year's
Vicky
Donor
and
Kahaani.
As
per
the
early
trends,
the
film
is
expected
to
collect
Rs
3-5
crore
on
the
opening
day.
However,
Dangerous
Ishhq,
which
is
a
comeback
movie
of
Karisma
Kapoor,
had
a
massive
promotions.
And
it
was
expected
to
get
a
huge
opening
at
the
Box
Office.
But
it
has
opened
to
a
lackluster
start.
It's
occupancy
in
the
first
two
ranges
between
10
and
15%.
It
is
expected
to
gross
Rs
1.5-3
crore
at
the
collection
centres
across
the
country.
