Vidya Balan's Kahaani likely to beat The Dirty Picture at Overseas Box Office

UK and Ireland Box Office records: While The Dirty Picture had collected £93,355 after its second weekend, Kahaani has fetched £46,133 in 18 screens, with the per screen average working out to £2,563 in it's second weekend. Total: £1,57,155 (Rs 1.25 crores).

US Box Office records: The Dirty Picture had collected $4,62,000 after its second weekend, while Kahaani has fetched $2,55,491 in 51 screens, with the per screen average working out to $5,010. Total: $6,16,437 (Rs 3.10 crores) in it's second weekend.

It apparently looks like Bollywood female-centric movies are gradually spelling magic within the nation as well as abroad.
