Mahesh
and
Mukesh
Bhatt's
latest
movie
Raaz
3,
the
third
installment
in
Raaz
series,
has
turned
out
to
be
the
biggest
opener
for
Bhatts,
Emraan
Hashmi
and
Bipasha
Basu
at
the
Box
Office
in
India.
The
horror
film
has
shattered
the
records
of
Murder
2
and
Jannat
2
at
the
domestic
collection
centres
in
the
first
weekend.
Vishesh
Films'
Raaz
3,
which
collected
Rs
58
lakhs
in
the
paid
preview
shows
on
Thursday
evening,
opened
to
a
very
good
response
at
the
Box
Office
with
its
occupancy
ranging
between
an
average
of
75%
to
85%
at
both
single
screens
and
multiplexes
across
the
country
on
its
opening
day.
The
Emraan-Bipasha
starrer
movie
collected
Rs
10.47
crore
nett
on
Friday.
Bhatt's
previous
films
had
collected
maximum
Rs
8.5
crores
on
the
first
day
and
this
is
the
highest
figure
for
their
movies
so
far.
Raaz
3
was
expected
to
witness
a
big
jump
in
its
business
at
the
Box
Office
on
Saturday.
It
leaped,
but
not
upto
the
expected
level.
It
collected
Rs
11.18
crores
nett
on
the
second
day.
The
movie
surely
saw
the
actual
big
leap
in
its
collection
on
Sunday.
It
raked
Rs
13.79
crores
nett
on
the
third
day
taking
its
first
weekend
collection
to
Rs
36.02
crores
nett.
Trade
experts
call
this
an
extra-ordinary
performance.
However,
Vishesh
Films'
previous
big
hit
movies
like
Murder
2
and
Jannat
2
had
collected
Rs
36.5
crores
and
Rs
35.55
crores,
respectively,
at
the
Box
Office
in
the
first
week
of
their
releases.
Now,
its
latest
production
Raaz
3
has
surpassed
these
collection
marks
in
opening
weekend
itself.
Will
it
cross
Rs
50
crore
mark
in
the
first
week?
