Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif's recent release Ek Tha Tiger has dropped considerably at the Indian Box Office. The romantic action thriller has once again failed to cross Rs 200 crore mark at the domestic collection centres in the fifth weekend. Its business was severely affected by Ranbir Kapoor's Barfi and Emraan-Bipasha's last week release Raaz 3.
Ek Tha Tiger suffered a big set back at the collection centres in the country in the fourth week after Raaz 3 snatched several screens from it. Its business fell down with its fourth weekend collection crossing Rs 2.50 crores. The movie added Rs 1.15 crore in next four days to its four weeks' total Rs 198.39 crores nett.
Ek Tha Tiger further lost out many screens to Ranbir Kapoor's most-anticipated movie Barfi in the fifth week. The Kabir Khan directed film's collection completely dropped to ground level in the fifth weekend. It added Rs 39 lakhs nett to its 33 day total collection Rs 198.78 crores nett. Its breakup is Rs 8 lakhs on Fri, Rs 11 lakhs on Sat and Rs 20 lakhs on Sun.
However, Ek Tha Tiger needs Rs 90 lakhs to surpass double century mark at the Indian Box Office. Trade analysts feel that its collection is likely to go down further on the weekdays.
