the
Box
Office
in
India
on
the
fifth
day.
The
late
filmmaker

Chopra's
last
directorial
venture
has
crossed

crore
mark
at
the
collection
centres
across
the
country
in
five
days.
It
has
become
the
highest
ever
collection
for
any
film
released
on
Diwali.
Jab
Tak
Hai
Jaan,
which
released
on
2500+
screens
on
November
13,
opened
to
a
superb
response
at
the
domestic
Box
Office
and
its
business
went
up
by
25%
on
the
second
day.
But
its
collection
dipped
considerably
on
Thursday
and
Friday
and
it
was
due
to
busy
day
for
colleges
and
offices.
The
romantic
thriller
Jab
Tak
Hai
Jaan
once
again
witnessed
a
big
jump
on
Saturday.
It
has
collected
a
total
of
Rs
70.35
crores
nett
at
the
collection
centres
across
the
country
in
five
days.
Its
breakup
is
Rs
15.23
cr
on
Tue,
Rs
19.54
cr
on
Wed,
Rs
14.45
cr
on
Thu,
Rs
11.17
cr
and
Rs
10.38
cr
on
Sat.
However,
Salman
Khan's
Ek
Tha
Tiger,
the
highest
grosser
of
the
year
2012,
had
collected
Rs
103
crores
nett
at
the
desi
Box
Office
in
the
five
day
extended
weekend.
Since
Jab
Tak
Hai
Jaan
has
six
day
extended
weekend,
it
was
expected
to
smash
this
collection
record.
But
it
needs
to
collect
Rs
28
crores
in
one
day
to
surpass
this
record.
