Son Of Sardar 1st weekend collection at overseas Box Office

Ashwni Dhir's third directorial venture Son of Sardar (SOS), which is the Hindi remake of Telugu movie Maryada Ramanna, has received a wonderful response at the overseas Box Office. The Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha starrer has collected Rs 10.79 crores nett ($1.96 million) at the international collection centres in six-day-extended first weekend. With this, it has become the best opener of Ajay in foreign countries.

Despite facing tough competition from Shahrukh Khan's Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Son of Sardar started running with a fabulous note and landed in the second spot in international business chart. The romantic comedy movie has done excellent collection in foreign countries like UK, USA, UAE, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand and Fiji.

However, Son of Sardar has also done record-breaking collection at the Indian Box Office with its six-day extended first weekend collection reaching Rs 66.02 crores. The movie has raked in Rs 76.81 crores nett at the worldwide Box Office in its opening weekend.

Son of Sardar was released in 110 screens in America on November 13, and it has collected Rs 2.55 crores nett ($4,63,167) at the USA Box Office in the six-day extended first weekend. Its per screen average is $4,211.

Son of Sardar hit 72 screens in UK and Ireland on November 13 and has collected Rs 1.88 crores (£2,14,303) at UK Box Office in the six-day extended first weekend. Its per screen average is £2,976.

Son of Sardar released on huge number of screens in UAE and GCC on November 13, and has collected Rs 2.92 crores ($5,31,000) at UAE Box Office in the six-day extended first weekend.

Son of Sardar released on huge number of screens in Pakistan on November 13, and has collected Rs 99 lakhs ($1,80,000) at Pakistan Box Office in 6 day extended opening weekend.

Son of Sardar released in 72 screens in Australia on November 13, and has collected Rs 1.20 crores (A$2,10,176) at Australia Box Office in the six-day extended first weekend. Its per screen average is A$6,780.

Son of Sardar released on 12 screens in New Zealand on November 13 and has collected Rs 31.18 lakhs (NZ$ 69,647) at New Zealand Box Office in the six-day extended first weekend. Its per screen average is NZ$ 5,804.

Son of Sardar released in 2 screens in Fiji on November 11, and has collected Rs 31.18 lakhs (NZ$69,647) at Fiji Box Office in the 8-day extended first weekend. Its per screen average is FJD 19,090.
