Despite
facing
tough
feat
from
Once
Upon
A
Time
In
Mumbaai
Dobara,
Rohit
Shetty's
Chennai
Express
has
continued
to
keep
the
bells
ringing
at
the
Indian
Box
Office.
The
Shahrukh
Khan
and
Deepika
Padukone
starrer
has
landed
at
the
second
place
in
the
second
week,
while
the
Akshay,
Imran
and
Sonakshi
starrer
topped
the
domestic
collection
chart.
But
its
business
is
far
better
than
that
of
the
new
release.
With
the
film
loosing
out
many
screens
to
Once
Upon
A
Time
In
Mumbaai
Dobara,
the
business
of
Chennai
Express
declined
by
more
than
80%
on
its
second
Friday.
But
the
movie
showed
considerable
amount
of
growth
on
Saturday
and
Sunday.
The
film
has
collected
Rs
25
crores
nett
at
the
Indian
Box
Office
in
the
second
weekend,
while
the
latter
raked
in
Rs
40
crores
(inclusive
of
Thursday

Its

is
Rs
6.50
cr
on
Fri,

Chennai
Express
has
collected
a
total
of
Rs
181.93
crores
nett
at
the
Indian
Box
Office
in
10
days.
It
has
become
the
fourth
all
time
highest
grosser
after
3
Idiots
(Rs
202
crores),
Ek
Tha
Tiger
(Rs
199
crores)
and
Yeh
Jawaani
Hai
Deewani
(Rs
188.57
crores).
Trade
experts
feel
that
it
will
easily
beat
the
record
of
Yeh
Jawaani
Hai
Deewani
by
the
end
of
second
week.
It
might
even
beat
the
record
of
Ek
Tha
Tiger
and
become
the
second
all
time
highest
grosser
in
14
days.
It
is
also
sure
that
the
movie
will
become
all
time
highest
grosser
in
three
weeks.
