Hrithik Roshan's latest outing Krrish 3, which hit the screens on November 1, is still going rock steady at the ticket counters in the second week. The Rakesh Roshan-directed superhero movie has continued to keep the bells ringing in India and other parts of the globe. With its super collection in 13 days, the film is now fast heading towards Rs 300 crore mark at the worldwide Box Office.
Krrish 3 released in close to 4,000 screens in Indian and 600+ screens overseas. The Hrithik Roshan starrer collected Rs 166.52 crores nett at the domestic Box Office and approximately Rs 36 crores in the international market in the first week. Its seven-day-global collection stood at Rs 202.52 crores nett.
The business of Krrish 3 dropped on its second Friday, but it was far better when compared to other biggies. The movie showed good escalation over the weekend. It once again dipped on its second Monday, but comparatively its collection was equal to the first Monday business of a few big budget films of 2013.
With one day left in the second week, Krrish 3 has collected Rs 54.71 crores in India and approximately Rs 9 crores overseas. The film has minted Rs 63.71 crores nett at the worldwide Box Office in the second week, taking its 13-day-global collection to Rs 266.23 crores nett. With much-hyped film Ram Leela hitting the screens on November 15, trade analyst feel that the Hrithik Roshan starrer will struggle to reach Rs 300 crore mark in its third week.
