Ranbir Kapoor's latest outing Besharam started with a bang at the Indian Box Office on Wednesday on Gandhi Jayanti holiday. But with each passing day, the movie has shown considerable amount of dip in the domestic market. Having released in record number of screens - 3600, the film was expected to break the first day collection record of Chennai express, but it has taken three days to rake in that amount.

But the negative word of mouth took toll on the following days. Many film goers, who booked their tickets for the film on the next days, reportedly cancelled them. So the Abhinav Kashyap-directed flick has collected Rs 7.15 crore on second day and Rs 5.57 cr on the third day. Its three day total stands at Rs 34.44 crores nett in the domestic market.

With its screen count surpassing 3600 mark, Besharam was expected to break this record. But now trade analyst doubt that the Ranbir Kapoor and Pallavi Sharda starrer may not even cross Rs 50 crore mark in the 5-day extended first weekend.
