Entertainment 5 Days Box Office Collections: Doesn't Reach 50 Cr Mark

Akshay Kumar starrer comedy movie, Entertainment is going steady at the Box Office. After having a good weekend, the comedy drama is doing average business on weekdays. With the commencement of weekdays, Entertainment made a business of 7 crore on Monday, its forth day.

On the 5th day (Tuesday), the box office collections of Entertainment dropped further. Trade analyst and Bollywood's movie critic Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Entertainment is ROCK-STEADY on Tue too. Fri 11.16 cr, Sat 11.53 cr, Sun 14 cr, Mon 7 cr, Tue 5.13 cr. Total: Rs 48.82 cr nett. India biz."

Even after the box office collections dropped by more than 50 % (when compared to Sunday), Entertainment has been doing a slow and steady business at the Indian box office. If we count the 5 days collections, Entertainment has made 48.82 crores at the domestic box office.

The movie opened at the first day and made a business of 11.16 crore at the Box Office. The weekend was impressive as Entertainment did 11.53 crore on Saturday and collected 14 crores on Sunday.

We expected a lot from the Akshay Kumar's starrer comedy movie which is solely based on a golden retriever. The film did a good business on the first weekend due to the word of mouth and positive reviews. Entertainment was all set to reach 50 crore mark at the Indian Box Office. However, Tuesday's collections were not that high thus it lagged behind 50 crore mark and made 48 crore totally.

Akshay Kumar's Entertainment's opening weekend collections has been his 7th highest till now for the Khiladi with Rowdy Rathore, Housefull 2 and Holiday in the Top 3.

Entertainment can make steady business till Thursday as Singham Returns might bring a really tough competition seeing the downfall in box office collections.
