Gunday (3 Days) First Weekend Collection At Overseas Box Office

New Bollywood release Gunday, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, has registered very good response at the overseas Box Office in the first weekend. Especially, the movie has done fantastic collection in UAE and its business is on par with Superstars' movies. Its three-day earning in the international markets is much better than the 10-day collection of last week release Hasee Toh Phasee.

Gunday has collected Rs 6 crores nett (AED 3,566,630) at the UAE Box Office in its opening weekend. The Ranveer Singh, Arjun Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra starrer has raked in Rs 85.96 lakhs ($139,022) from 17 screens in Canada and Rs 2.53 crores ($409,328) from 133 screens at the USA Box Office in three days.

Yash Raj Films' latest offering has minted Rs 2.14 crores (£206,721) from 59 screens at the UK Box Office in the first weekend. Gunday has collected Rs 56.41 lakhs (A$100,974) from 14 screens in Australia, Rs 21.36 lakhs (NZ$41,304) from 10 screens in New Zealand, Rs 6.86 lakhs (FJD 20,651) from 2 screens in Fiji and Rs 99,956 (MYR 5,325) from 1 screen in Malaysia Box Office in three days.

However, Hasee Toh Phasee, which released on February 7, has collected approximately Rs 11.25 crores ($1.82 million) in the international markets in 10 days. Whereas this week's release Gunday has beaten this record in just three days. The movie has collected approximately Rs 13.35 crores ($2.16 million) at the overseas Box Office in the first weekend.
