Last week's release Jai Ho starring Salman Khan and Daisy Shah in leads, has showed considerable amount of dip in the international market in the second week. Although it did not have any new competitor, the movie has done an average business at the Overseas Box Office in the second weekend.
The Sohail Khan-directed action drama has collected $123,080 from 142 screens at the USA Box Office in the second weekend and its 10-day total stands at Rs 5.56 crores ($889,806). It has raked in $47,878 from 23 screens at the Canada Box Office, taking its grand total to Rs 1.78 crores ($285,194).
Jai Ho has collected £48,112 from 42 screens at the UK Box Office in the second weekend and its grand total stands at Rs 4.24 crores (£413,059). It has collected A$52,093 from 25 screens at the Australia Box Office, taking its 10 day collection to Rs 2.35 crores (A$426,310). It has raked in NZ$16,581 from 8 screens at the New Zealand Box Office and its grand total stands at Rs 65.04 lakhs (NZ$127,882).
The Salman Khan and Daisy Shah starrer has collected Rs 33.79 crores ($5.4 million) at the overseas Box Office by the end of second weekend. The 10-day international total of Jai Ho is not even equal to the first weekend business of recent Blockbusters like Chennai Express and Dhoom 3.
