Main Tera Hero (Fri-Sat) 2nd Day Collection At Box Office

Director David Dhawan's latest venture Main Tera Hero has debut with good response and done a decent collection at the Indian Box Office on Friday and Saturday. Considering its solo release this weekend and the hype surrounding it, the business of the film was expected to be far better than its present performance, but the movie was affected by examination and cricket fever.

Main Tera Hero has been creating positive buzz, ever since it hit the floor. The funny dialogues featured in its promos had added more hype for it, making the film goers wait desperately for its release. So this quirky comedy with a dash of freshness was expected to start with a bang at the domestic Box Office. But the movie opened to an average response with its occupancy ranging between 35% and 45% on Friday.

The Varun Dhawan, Ileana D'Cruz and Nargis Fakhri starrer collected Rs 6.60 crores nett in the domestic market on its first day. Having garnered a strong positive word of mouth, the film showed decent growth in its business on Saturday with its collection crossing Rs 8.07 crores nett. Main Tera Hero has collected Rs 14.67 crores nett at the Indian Box Office in two days. It is expected to show a big leap on Sunday and take its first weekend total beyond Rs 25 crore.
