Despite facing tough competition from several new releases in the past four weeks, Queen has been growing stronger and better in the key international markets like USA, UK and Canada. With each passing day, the Kangna Ranaut starrer has gone on strength to strength at the overseas Box Office. Having done superb collection in the fourth weekend, the movie has done superb collection.
Queen was released in 30 screens in America on March 7 and its screen count has gone on increasing with each passing week. The movie is now being screened in 55 screens in the fourth week. The film has collected $ 136,051 from 30 screens in the first weekend, $ 262,255 from 43 screens in the second weekend, $ 250,712 from 49 screens in the third weekend and $ 186,503 from 55 screens in the fourth weekend in America. Its fourth weekend performance is better than its first weekend collection.
The screen count of Queen has been reduced with each passing week and so is its collection in the UK. But its fourth weekend collection is much better than its first weekend performance in almost double amount of its screen count. The film has collected £ 32,385 from 19 screens in the first weekend, £ 25,865 from 12 screens in the second weekend, £ 27,311 from 11 screens in the third weekend and £ 28,117 from 9 screens in the fourth weekend in the country.
Interestingly, Queen has shown huge growth in almost same amount of screen count in Canada. Its fourth weekend business is far better than its first weekend collection. The film has collected $ 25,947 from 9 screens in the first weekend, $ 37,337 from 8 screens in the second weekend, $ 33,318 from 8 screens in the third weekend and $ 26,047 from 9 screens in the fourth weekend in the country.
