Ragini MMS 2 starring Indo-Canadian actress Sunny Leone in the lead, has continued to keep the bells ringing at the ticket counters across India on weekdays. Despite exam and cricket fever, the movie has managed to drive decent amount of footfalls and made a fantastic collection at the Indian Box Office on Monday and Tuesday.
The Sunny Leone starrer opened to superb response on Friday, but failed to show expected amount of growth on Saturday and Sunday. Considering the fact that the trade expert predicted that Ragini MMS 2 would see steep fall in its business. It did dropped, but not to that extent. When compared to its opening day collection, the movie witnessed a dip of around 45%, which is usual response of any film on Mondays.
Ragini MMS 2, which has been made with around Rs 22 crores by producer Ekta Kapoor, has collected Rs 32.91 crores nett at the Indian Box Office in 5 days. Its breakup is Rs 8.43 cr on Fri, Rs 7.29 cr on Sat, Rs 8.78 cr on Sun, Rs 4.60 cr on Mon and Rs 3.81 cr on Tue. The horrex film has another two days to complete the first week. Trade experts feel that the film would cross Rs 40 crore mark in the domestic market in seven days.
