Salman Khan's Kick is literally creating a tsunami at the Indian Box Office with it's fast flowing collection. The movie has fared well over the second weekend and from the look of the Box Office collection in the domestic market, it may very well enter the 200 crore club.
Worldwide Kick has already garnered 200 crores and is close to hitting the 300 crore mark. The second weekend may not have fared as well as the first weekend due to a number of Hollywood flicks releasing. But in spite of competing with Hercules and Lucy, Kick's Box Office collection has been good over the weekend.
The collection on Friday was Rs 9.2 crores and on Saturday was Rs 10.62 crores, trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted, "#Kick [Week 2] Fri 9.22 cr, Sat 10.62 cr. Grand total: ₹ 183.93 cr nett. India biz. Racing towards ₹ 200 cr. BLOCKBUSTER!"
So the total Box Office collection at the end of Saturday was Rs 183.93 crores and it has been predicted that the Sunday collections would cross Rs 18 crores enabling the movie to cross the 200 crore mark but unfortunately it grossed only Rs 14.18 cr. That would make the Kick Movie 2nd Weekend Box Office Collection was Rs 34 Crores and the total Box Office collection at the end of 10 days will result in Rs 198.11crores. Adding the Monday's collection, Kick has made a grand entry into the 200 crore club.
Kick has managed to beat the 10 days collection of Chennai Express in the domestic market and many other highest grossing movies of Bollywood but it has not yet beat Dhoom 3 and Krrish 3's Box Office collection at the end of 10 days.
