However, NH10's opening day Box Office collection failed to meet the expected margin as the film opened up with a much lesser occupancy rate.
Directed by Navdeep Singh, NH10 features Anushka Sharma, Neil Bhoopalam and Darshan Kumar and was released this Friday.
NH10 happened to be a much hyped movie but the film witnessed an average occupancy rate of around 20 percent on its first day at the multiplexes.
Anushka Sharma's NH10 received positive reviews but that did not help the film much on Friday. NH10 made a Box Office business of Rs 3.35 crores on its first day which was definitely below the expected figures.
It's being assumed that the ongoing ICC World Cup and the exam season have affected the film's opening day collection.
Nevertheless, NH10 happens to be the only film that released this week and it's likely to pick up its Box Office collection in the weekend.

I'm going with three-and-a-half out of five for 'NH10'. It's often terrifying on this highway, but you'll be glad you were there for the ride.
f you like action and revenge dramas this is great one! But if you can't watch blood and torture then there is no way you can watch this.
On the whole, NH10 is a wonderfully made film with an outstanding performance by Anushka Sharma.
It's a neatly constructed nail-biter. Go watch it.
While this one also gives off the feel of a horror flick, it is essentially a thriller.
Navdeep Singh nails it in the first half, but the second half lacks the same fluidity and penetration power. NH10 displays a great potential and then fails to capitalise on it.
