Tamasha 3 Days Box Office Collection: Stays Strong

Imtiaz Ali's film Tamasha starring Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone has got a good response from the Indian audiences. They loved the amazing chemistry between Ranbir and Deepika and also the storyline of the movie. As expected, Tamasha collected Rs 10.87 Crores on its first day of release. Reportedly, The morning shows were very good and even after getting mixed reviews from the critics, the positive word of mouth helped the film a lot.

Tamasha showed a decent growth on Saturday and witnessed a jump of 21%. The second day collection of this Ranbir Kapoor starrer was 13.71 Crores, which takes the two day total to Rs 24.04 Crores. And Sunday collection of Tamasha is 14.21 Crores.

Not only in India, the movie is doing extremely well in the overseas market. The two days worldwide box office collection of Tamasha is Rs 50 Crores.

Talking about the film, the famous trade analyst, Taran Adarsh shared the collections of the film on the microblogging site Twitter:

Taran Adarsh wrote, ''#Tamasha - Overseas - Till Sat: $ 2.8 mn [₹ 18.71 cr]... Key markets: USA-Canada $ 1.13 mn, UAE-GCC $ 731k, Pakistan $ 295k, UK $ 285k.''

Taran Adarsh also revealed the Indian box office collection figures, '#Tamasha has a strong weekend. Fri 10.94 cr, Sat 13.17 cr, Sun 14.12 cr. Total: ₹ 38.23 cr. India biz.''

With no big release alongside, Tamasha is expected to witness growth over the weekend due to the buzz around the movie. The next big movie Dilwale, which stars Shahrukh Khan, Kajol, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon, is slated to release on December 18th.
