Himesh has 100 jackets and 1000 caps!

Roopa Chadha - Does the name ring a bell? She is the same woman who has been responsible for Himesh Reshammiya's makeover from being a singer to a performer to a music video star and now a film celebrity.

Roopa, who is the sister of Prashant Chadha (Himesh's childhood friend, director of Aap Kaa Surroor - The Moviee), and also considers Himesh as her 'rakhi-brother', continues to be busy in her endeavor to get Himesh a new look for his forthcoming projects.

While the world has seen him in his famous baseball caps and leather jackets in last couple of years, off late the actor/composer/singer has also been spotted in skull caps. Though there are still countless speculations and rumors around the reason behind Himesh's switch from baseball to skull caps, the end result is that Himesh's fans have show a liking towards his new look and have extended a warm welcome with widespread arms.

All this has resulted in Roopa going all out to get a new range of caps for Himesh who would soon be coming up with some notable film announcements. To keep his new look going, Roopa is doing a study on different variants available in beanie or skull caps and handpicking some of the best available ones from the stands world over.

Jokes Roopa, "First it was all about collecting baseball caps and leather jackets. I thought that probably I was through with the hard work once Himesh's collection touched 1000 caps and more than a 100 leather jackets. Can you believe that?"

She continues, "Well, it seems it was just a beginning. I don't know how many more skull caps would have to be purchased now? Both Himesh and I want to give it our best shot in all the projects that he does from here on. No compromises as his fans expect so much out of him. The success of Aap Kaa Surroor deserves to be carried forward in a bigger and a better manner."

Meanwhile, Himesh is currently on a serious mission to work on his physique and overall personality. Says his close associate, "After having lost 5 kgs already, he is now looking at reducing 6 more. Once that happens, he would reveal his new look."
