Dhobi Ghat's first look: Slice of life

Director Kiran Rao unveiled the first look of her much awaited film Dhobi Ghat starring Aamir Khan and Prateik Babbar. Kiran surprised the media by starting the event exactly on time. Two trailers of the film were shown featuring Aamir in the lead role.

The promos od Dhobi Ghat does not have any kind of dialogues, still it effectively delivers the content and the mood of the film. Aamir Khan was not present for the event to avoid any kind of shift of attentions from the trailers of the film. The film releases on January 17, 2011.

Kiran nervously explained that Dhobi Ghat is not a hilarious comedy like any other Aamir film (3 Idiots) and neither does it have any dramatic moments or dialogues. She specified that the film is “like a slice of life." Thus, making Aamir Khan fans clear that this film deals with serious contents.

The promos of the films will be screened in the theatres with the films Harry Potter and Guzzarish.
