But
with
working-out,
Hrithik
Roshan
also
had
to
give
a
lot
of
attention
to
what
he
ate.
So,
fried
food
and
oily
Indian
treats
were
out
of
the
window.
He
had
to
go
in
for
small
meals
through
the
day
which
were
high
in
protein
and
keep
carbohydrates
to
a
minimum
at
night.
Coupled
with
that
was
a
good
night's
sleep.
Satyajit
insisted
Hrithik
had
a
good
eight
hour
nap
before
he
hit
the
training
session.
A
fatigued
body
doesn't
respond
to
workout
well.
The
celebrity
yo-yo
diet
is
also
questionable.
The
severity
with
which
they
gain
and
lose
weight
does
make
one
wonder
about
the
adverse
effects
on
one's
body.
But
Satyajit
clears
the
air
as
he
explains,
"Hrithik
has
always
been
consistent
with
his
workout.
Muscles
have
memory
and
they
easily
adapt
to
the
workout
routine.
It
is
easy
to
gain
weight
for
anyone
but
it's
easy
to
lose
only
when
you've
been
consistent
with
your
fitness
routine
like
Hrithik
has
been.
He
has
been
training
for
the
last
10-12
years." It
certainly
shows.
This
Hrithik
has
achieved
despite
having
an
injured
shoulder.
Kudos
to
him!
