Tees Maar Khan highlights: Akshay-Katrina’s chemistry

What do you expect from a film that features Akshay Kumar and Katrina Kaif? Great chemistry, right? Yes, everybody expects ample entertainment from the pair, as they belted out hits like Namastey London, Welcome and Singh Is Kinng together. Maybe that"s the reason why Farah Khan decided to cast them together in Tees Maar khan at the cost of disappointing her close friend Shahrukh Khan.

The main highlight of Tees Maar Khan is certainly the lead pair Akshay and Katrina. They share great rapport and chemistry on screen; even leading to speculation that they are more than just co-stars. Film lovers will look forward to the duo to set the screens on fire.

Katrina"s item number “Shiela Ki Jawani" is one of the highlights of the film. Everybody associated with the film has been singing her praises; some even terming her performance as her best ever dance sequence. Director Farah Khan too has openly declared that Kat"s dance moves in the song is something to look out for.

Surprisingly, Farah has revealed that the plot of the film is taken from the Italian film After The Fox directed by Vittorio De Sica. Ironically, After The Fox didn"t do well at the box office. However, Farah is very confident that her film would be fun. She claimed that the story of Tees Maar Khan is completely different from that of After The Fox except the plot.

Well, Tees Maar Khan is about robbery. Akshay plays a notorious guy who steals and cheats around without being caught. It is produced by Twinkle Khanna, Shirish Kunder and Ronnie Screwvala with a budget of Rs.50 crore.
