the

while
the
character

Chakraborty
in
the
original
has
not
found
place
in
the
remake.
Sanjay
Dutt
would
play
the
villain's
role
which
was
played
by
Danny
Denzongpa
in
the
original.
Dutt
has
shaved
his
head
and
has
bulked
up
to
look
deadly
in
the
film.
Veteran
Rishi
Kapoor
too
will
be
seen
in
a
negative
role.
Directed
by
Karan
Malhotra,
the
remake
is
reportedly
radically
different
from
the
original
film.
Hrithik's
look
in
the
film
was
revealed
on
July
5
when
Karan
Johar
officially
posted
the
link
to
the
Agneepath's
facebook
page
on
twitter.
The
original
Agneepath
was
directed
by
Mukul
Anand.
It
starred
Amitabh
Bachchan,
Mithun
Chakraborty,
Madhavi,
Rohini
Hattangadi
and
Danny
Denzongpa
and
was
produced
by
Yash
Johar,
Karan's
late
father.
The
film
failed
at
the
Box-Office,
but
Bachchan's
performance
as
Vijay
Dinanath
Chauhaan
was
well
appreciated
by
people.
He
also
won
national
award
for
Best
Actor
for
the
film.
