The
August
edition
of
the
Vogue
magazine
present
the
Queen
of
the
90's,
an
iconic
dancer
and
natural
actor,
Madhuri
Dixit.
The
magazine
talks
about
Madhuri's
eternal
appeal
and
that
smile,
which
has
made
the
entire
nation
crazy.
This
timeless
beauty
goes
on
to
prove
that
fashion
has
no
age
limit.
The
actress
has
bee
photographed
by
Prasad
Naik
and
styled
by
Anaita
Shroff
Adajania.
Madhuri
is
wearing
looks
from
Jenny
Packham
and
Andrew
Gn.
In
an
interview
with
Vogue,
the
actress
who
was
once
the
shinning
star
of
Bollywood
and
later
left
the
glamour
to
behind
to
lead
a
family
life
says
that
she
had
never
taken
her
starry
status
seriously.
“I
have
never
been
starry
or
taken
my
star
status
seriously.
I
like
being
in
front
of
the
camera.
Everything
else
-
the
fame,
the
flashbulbs-
those
are
just
peripherals
that
doesn't
matter.
It's
baggage
and
I
don't
like
to
carry
baggages."
The
actress
insists
that
as
soon
as
the
camera's
were
switched
off
she
was
always
that
normal
girl
who
has
usual
dreams
of
getting
married,
having
kids,
taking
them
to
school,
doing
their
homework
etc.
"I
was
very
clear
in
my
head.
For
me
glamour
is
not
everything.
There
is
life
outside
films," expresses
Madhuri
Dixit.
Though
the
actress
has
surpassed
the
age
of
becoming
the
leading
ladies
of
Bollywood
films,
Madhuri
is
too
attractive
to
play
a
mother.
The
actress
says
that
she
is
ready
to
do
experiments
as
long
as
the
role
excites
her.
But
alas
the
industry
has
stopped
writing
stories
for
40
plus
women.
Talking
more
about
the
rumours
that
did
the
round
of
tinsel
town,
the
actress
reveals
that
she
is
happy
doing
small
small
things,
be
its
taking
taekwondo
classes
with
the
boys
back
in
Denver.
The
actress
believes
that
keeping
herself
fit
is
a
part
of
the
responsibility
as
an
actor.
Madhuri
believes
in
natural
care
of
beauty
and
gracefully
growing
old.
"I'm
going
to
try
and
do
what
is
required
to
maintain
my
looks,
but
I'm
not
going
to
go
to
extremes
and
try
and
reverse
everything.
I
believe
in
aging
gracefully,"
she
says.
Don't
forget
to
grab
your
set
of
the
magazine
to
know
the
world
beauty
more
closely.
