Bollywood baadshah Shahrukh Khan buys a building

If you think Shahrukh Khan has been spending too much for his upcoming film, Ra.One, you are in for a shock! The 'baadshaah of Bollywood' has bought a new office building in one of the most posh locality in the city.

Shahrukh Khan has bought not just an office space, but a whole building on the prime property at 15th Road in Khar in Mumbai. SRK has apparently bought the building about year back and had planned to shift his office during Diwali. However, the construction work took more time than anticipated and is now expected to be functional by the year 2012.

Shahrukh Khan's new 12 floor office is built around 40,000 square feet area. SRK will move not only his Red Chillies production office in the building, but also his TV production, Idiot Box and VFX studio in this building. Shahrukh Khan has still not named the office which will be very close to his best friend Karan Johar's office.

However, Shahrukh Khan is keen on keeping his small office in his house 'Mannat' as it is. Sources have informed a leading newspaper that Shahrukh Khan would need a larger office space as he is making many films under his banner.

Shahrukh Khan is truly living up to his extended title – Bollywood baadshah!
