Is Aishwarya Rai's pregnancy connected to Kareena Kapoor's Heroine?

It has been quite a long time now that actress Aishwarya Rai had stepped out of Madhur Bhandarkar's much-awaited film Heroine. Though Heroine is now a Kareena Kapoor's film, Ash's name still remains closely associated with the film.

Intially the rumours were rife that Heroine is based on actress Manisha Koirala's life, but later Bhandarkar refuted such rumours. Also time and again Madhur Bhandarkar has maintained that Heroine is not based on any actress.

But interestingly when a Twitter picture revealed Kareena with a baby bump, the filmmaker cleared that Bebo is portrayed pregnant in the movie. This small piece of information about Heroine left many tongues wagging as many felt that the film is possibly linked to Aishwarya's pregnancy and life.

But Kareena again cleared that her character in Heroine is completely a fictitious one, so it is nowhere associated with any actress' life.
