What lesson Bipasha Basu learnt from John Abraham?

Life teaches every human a lesson. Actress Bipasha Basu, who was almost blind folded in love for the last 9 years, has finally realised her mistake. But, she is not the one to cry over spilt milk, in fact, Bips is quite headstrong to fight back and make it to the league of top actresses of Bollywood.

During a recent interview with a leading daily, Bipasha Basu said that she would love to do all the movies that preferably a Nicole Kidman has done. She also revealed that she had missed out on a few good number of roles. "When I took that break I was in a relationship. After the break, I realized that it was tough and newer entrants had made their positions stronger in Bollywood. I was no longer excited about being a decorative piece in films," Bipasha said.

Even, sometime back, Bipasha had literally regretted after committing the mistake of letting go several good movie offers. "I am focusing on my work. When I was in a committed relationship, films like I Am Legend and Pink Panther 2 (which Aishwarya Rai subsequently did) came my way, but I foolishly let them go. I lacked ambition because my priorities were different at that point. However, I can't blame anyone for it. I take responsibility for my actions. They were choices I made. I don't like to dwell on them now. I am aggressively different from what I was two years ago. I want to do great work and won't let interesting projects go again," Bipasha Basu said.

No wonder love is a necessity in our lives, but career plays an equally important role. It's a challenge in everyone's life to handle both love and career with poise. Bipasha has also admitted that she is open to love, but this time, if ever she gets into it, the actress wouldn't make mistake to let love play the upper hand.
