Shahrukh Khan-Salman Khan's big fight to end in 2012?

Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan are the two most loved and popular Khans in Bollywood. However, the two are not in talking terms today. What exactly went wrong with Shahrukh and Salman's friendship?

The big fight between good friends Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan began with a bitter fight between the two on Katrina Kaif's birthday in the year 2007. The verbal spat seemed nothing more than an ordinary fight induced by the influence of alcohol.

What went wrong?

Salman Khan was apparently already high on alcohol when Shahrukh Khan appeared with wife Gauri Khan on Katrina Kaif's birthday bash. Salman, who was upset with Shahrukh for refusing to do a guest role in his home production, Mr. and Mrs. Khanna began taunting him by saying that his Dus Ka Dum is doing better than SRK's TV show Panchvi Paas. This infuriated Shahrukh Khan, who reportedly took a dig at Salman's past relationship with Aishwarya Rai. Hell broke loose and the two Khans were almost ready to beat each other up.

Since then, Shahrukh Khan and Salman Khan have at various times in the past few years taken a dig at each other. When Salman Khan was in USA, undergoing treatment for his facial nerve disorder, Shahrukh was asked by few media persons as to what he wished for Salman. SRK tactfully replied that he wished that Salman Khan would get well soon. However, if rumours are to be believed, Salman snubbed SRK's statement by saying that there are many who wish him good.

Even while Salman Khan was being wished for his birthday by the entire Bollywood fraternity, Shahrukh Khan choose not to wish Sallu.

Let's hope that in 2012, the two forget about the 'big fight' and give back to the audience a double dhamaka – a film together, maybe!
