No kissing and exposure for Sonakshi Sinha

But while interning at Lakme Fashion Week, she got an opportunity to walk the ramp. What she did was set the ramp on fire and caught the eye of Salman and Arbaaz Khan, who were in search of a heroine opposite Chulbul Pandey. Herein there was no looking back for Sonakshi.

Dealing with 'heavy' issues was not so easy…Weighing over 90 kilos, young Sonakshi had to work very hard to get back to the beautiful self the world sees her today. With no training in acting or facing arc lights, she soon found a guide & mentor in Salman Khan. Her acting skills were well brought to the fore, plus Salman’s fitness regime transformed Sonakshi to the beauty that she is today.

Comfortable with modeling and would love to do that in the future… No bikini clause in her contract, but she doesn’t shy away from flaunting her amazing desi body. In fact, she is more than eager to pose and model, as long as it is all within her comfort zone. She also feels most Indian women, don’t identify with the models and hence she wants to do something to change the image on the ramp.

The young fashionista trusts her designers… Sonakshi identifies herself with Indian, western, glamorous, unglamorous, wherever you put her in. She says she will always be herself. And believes that’s how it should be. Swinging between the realms of casual and glamorous, much like her Gemini sign, she is also classic and youthful, Indian and Western all wrapped up in one.

No kissing, no exposure… All her film scripts are narrated to her parents and they have a crucial part in the choices that she makes on screen. She has complete trust and respect in her parent’s decisions and when it comes to film choices, she is at their beck and call! She says, “I got many offers, but that department I have completely entrusted it with my parents, if they want me to do a good big banner film, with a good package yet keeping in mind the dignity, I would do it definitely."
