Ali
Abbas
Zafar's
much-awaited
movie
Gunday's
first
theatrical
trailer
has
finally
hit
the
net.
Set
against
the
backdrop
of
Bengal's
partition,
the
trailer
introduces
us
to
Ranveer
Singh
and
Arjun
Kapoor,
who
play
best
friends
in
the
movie.
But
unfortunately,
we
miss
out
the
movie's
female
lead
Priyanka
Chopra
in
the
trailer.
Gunday
is
about
two
reckless
men
Bala
and
Bikram
(played
by
Arjun
and
Ranveer
respectively)
who
rise
from
their
humble
backgrounds
and
become
the
most
powerful
mafia.
The
promo
looks
very
unusual,
but
ofcourse
very
interesting
and
promising.
Gunday's
trailer
hints
at
the
life's
reality,
that
poverty
can
make
one
go
to
any
extent
and
perform
all
illegal
acts.

Gunday's
trailer.
Ranveer
Singh
will
be
seen
repeating
his
Ram
Leela
look
in
Gunday.
While
Singh
looks
dashing
and
rugged
in
his
thick
moustache
and
long
mane,
Arjun
Kapoor
on
the
other
hand,
sports
a
rugged
look
which
is
quite
close
to
the
character
he
had
played
in
his
debut
film
Ishaqzaade.
The
trailer
also
shows
a
Durga
Puja
sequence,
shot
under
the
Howrah
Bridge
bringing
Kolkata
to
a
standstill.
But,
the
much-awaited
trailer
will
surely
disappoint
the
Priyanka
Chopra
fans,
as
the
actress
doesn't
make
any
appearance
in
it.
But
we
hear
that
PC
will
be
seen
playing
a
very
rooted
Bengali
girl.
The
film
will
be
released
on
14
February,
2014.
