It has been a happy year for superstar Shahrukh Khan and diva Deepika Padukone. They have become the talk of the town after Chennai Express. Even after the movie has halted at the Box-office, we see that the duo are flying high and going places.
Without taking a long break after their promotion spree, both the actors showed up in Dubai for the upcoming movie titled Happy New Year. This movie is directed by Farah Khan and is slated to release in 2014. The shooting in Dubai seems to be going on smoothly. We recently saw some pictures from the sets of the movie and even got a glimpse of the post-shoot party.

We have been shooting for our film since Sep 2nd Dubai is like home for me and I have loved every bit of experience of shooting for Happy New Year here."
SRK Reveals The Idea Behind The Attires
SRK talked about why they dressed up like the locals. He said, "The idea of donning up this local look comes from Abhishek Bachchan so we all would thank him for that. We are happy to be dressed like this. when we looked at mirror, many of us look like locals."

SRK is very happy to be shooting Dubai. He said, "Dubai is my second home. I enjoy the most here with my children. It was my dream to shoot for a film here and I am glad we are shooting here."
Dubai Chose The Movie
Farah Khan, the director said that they haven't chosen Dubai to shoot the film. "It is Dubai that has chosen us. Dubai is an integral part in the film. Dubai is a character in the film and not just a city. Its a beautiful location and the culture you have here, it is not there anyone else," she said.
