We all have seen a number of plays based on this epic love story but somehow we are never bored of it. Each version brings to us something new. Likewise, we have filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is all set to bring to us Ram Leela which is an adaptation of Romeo and Juliet.
Bhansali's version of the story will be set in violent times. The movie stars Ranveer Singh as Ram and Deepika Padukone plays the role of Leela. This long awaited film is finally arriving closer to its release date.
Being a Sanjay Leela Bhansali production and also due to the star cast, there are already high expectations for this movie which is slated to hit the theatres on November 15, 2013. Moreover, we recently saw Deepika Padukone being highly acclaimed for her performance in Chennai Express, so the expectations from the diva have shot up further.
The first look of the movie was released earlier and we saw Ranveer holding Deepika who is sporting a 30 kilo lehenga for this still. Now we have some latest pictures of this upcoming movie. Filming
The film was initially in Mumbai initially. Later on, most of the shooting took place in Udaipur- particularly in the Udaipur Palace and Gangaur Ghat.
