Superstar Shahrukh Khan is one of the most loved Bollywood actor. Famous for his hard work, SRK started his acting career by joining Barry John's theatre classes. Before joining films, Shahrukh appeared in many TV serials like Fauji, Circus and Doosra Keval. King Khan made his acting debut in Bollywood with Deewana opposite Divya Bharti.

Shahrukh Khan also did many negative roles in the start of his career. He played a psycho lover in Darr and Anjaam. In Baazigar also SRK played a negative character. But films like Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Dil To Pagal Hai, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai gave him the tag of "The king of romance."

Shahrukh says that he was 18 years old when he first saw his wife Gauri. In Farhan Akhtar's chat show, Shahrukh said, "I first met Gauri when I was 18 years old. I was very shy of girls that time. I still am. I saw Gauri dancing with a boy and asked my friend to ask her if she would dance with me."
