Just like Shahrukh Khan's non stop promotions, Chennai express is on a record-breaking spree. The film has not only done great in North India but also done marvelously in the South Indian Box-office too. Shahrukh Khan thinks that this is a good sign for other Indian films too.
"It's a good sign not only for us, but for the films that came and that will come in the next five-six months. The market of Indian films is so big," said at the INOX theatre on Independence Day. SRK visited the theatre and interacted with fans and the media.
Shahrukh doesn't forget to thank his crew for their strategy that has done wonders with Chennai Express. "I thank our producers and distributors like Disney UTV. Their strategy has improved now," said the 47-year-old.
"People now want to see the films, if they are released properly. Mashallah, this film is doing well down South, internationally also it is doing good. I think it's a great sign for Indian films," he added.
