A source close to both of them told, " I have seen them (Lal and Mammootty) in many award functions. They never really talked to each other. They shared the stage when Shahrukh graced Asianet awards this year but in the final speech, Mammooty didn't mention Mohanlal instead he thanked everyone in the film fraternity.

The trio chatted for almost three hours, mostly about the industry they are working in. Well, we can hope that Aamir Khan erased the differences between the three-time national award winners.
