Bollywood Celebrities At Cannes 2014

Every year Cannes Film Festival has some Bollywood celebrities who add their desi tadka at the French Riviera. For example, last year Cannes Film Festival was special as it had some unusual faces apart from Indian representatives of L'Oreal namely Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Freida Pinto.

We spotted other Bollywood celebrities like Amitabh Bachchan who was present at the opening ceremony of Cannes Film Festival 2013. Other Bollywood celebs like Ameesha Patel, Karan Johar, Zoya Akhtar to name a few. Cannes 2013 was special for the talented Indian actress Vidya Balan too. Vidya was one of the jury members of Cannes Film Festival 2013.

This year too, a lot of Bollywood celebrities are gracing Cannes Film Festival 2014. It all started from the opening ceremony when we snapped Uday Chopra at The Grace of Monaco premiere at the 67th Cannes Film Festival.

At the opening ceremony, Bollywood actress Mallika Sherawat who has now become a regular face cat Cannes was also seen. However, we snapped some new faces like Ramesh Sippy, Ranvir Shorey, Vishakha Singh, Sudhir Mishra and Kamal Haasan to name a few.

While some Bollywood faces have been seen in several events held at Festival de Cannes 2014, there are some who will walk the red carpet in a few days. For example, Freida Pinto and Mallika Sherawat walked Cannes red carpet before and then came the style icon of Bollywood Sonam Kapoor who was seen gracing The Homesman Cannes premiere yesterday (18th May).

However the former beauty queen Aishwarya Rai who has been attending Cannes since 13 years will be seen at the premiere of French film 'Deux Jours, Une Nuit'. Here is a list of Bollywood celebrities who are attending Cannes Film Festival 2014.

Sonam made her debut at Cannes in 2011 and since then, the style icon of Bollywood is giving back to back breathtaking appearances.

Freida Pinto

Freida who rose to fame with Slumdog Millionaire is now a regular face at Cannes.

Uday Chopra
