Bollywood Movies Which Can Be 100 Crore Grossers

2014 is another year where we are waiting to watch some really much awaited films. From Kick to Bang Bang, some of the most awaited and talked about movies of 2014 are going to release throughout the year to keep the audience entertained and hooked to screen.

With some really great movies lined up in 2014, we can expect that they can be the next 100 crore grossers. For example, Aamir Khan's much anticipated movie, Peekay or P.K. is one of the most talked about and awaited films of 2014 which is slated to release this Christmas. The story of the movie is still unknown as Aamir doesn't share his scripts and stories before the trailer is out. So, this much of anticipation after seeing some on the sets pics have made us believe that Aamir can again be the next 100 crore grosser of 2014.

Other movies like Salman Khan's Kick, Hrithik Roshan's Bang Bang, Ranbir Kapoor's Bombay Velvet and Shahrukh Khan's Happy New Year are also expected to cross 100 crore and land in 200-300 crore club.

Apart from these, there are some more movies which are expected to cross 100 crore. For example, Haider is one of the most awaited Bollywood movies of 2014. it is the next movie where Shahid will be seen after delivering hit film, R...Rajkumar. Another reason why we feel it is going to be a 100 crore grosser is, the movie is based on William Shakespeare's Hamlet. Moreover, it is a Vishal Bhardwaj's film which adds more brownie points to the Shahid starrer movie. Vishal has already made hit movies based on Shakespeare's plays, so we are expecting, Haider will not disappoint us.

Bang Bang

After Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Hrithik and Katrina will share a sizzling chemistry in action and romance packed Bollywood movie. Bang Bang is based on Hollywood film, The Knight & Day.


We get to see another action film of Salman Khan this year. After Jai Ho, Sallu will be next seen in the much awaited films of 2014, Kick. Kick also stars Jacqueline Fernandez & Nawazuddin Siddiqui in important roles. We expect that the movie will minimum do 100 crore business.


This is another venture of Vishal Bhardwaj which is based on Shakespeare's Hamlet. We get to see a fresh new on screen pair, Shahid and Shraddha Kapoor.

Peekay or P.K.

Aamir and Raju Hirani are pairing up after 3 Idiots. The strong plot, Aami, Sanjay Dutt, Sushant Singh Rajput & Anushka Sharma are surely going to make this movie a 200 crore grosser.

Singham 2

Rohit Shetty is going to be back with his favourite, Ajay Devgn. The sequel too is also assumed to be a super hit.

Happy New Year

The actor is back with a bang in 2014 with Farah Khan's Happy New Year. Another reasons are Deepika and SRK who will share screen space together after Chennai Express. The multi-starrer Farah Khan's film is much awaited movies of 2014.

Action Jackson

As the name suggests, the action film starring Ajay Devgn, Sonakshi Sinha and Yami Gautam is directed by Prabhu Deva. Do we need to give more reasons to prove why it is in the list?

Mary Kom Biopic

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is back after Ram Leela with his untitled film. Starring Priyanka Chopra, it is based on the life of five-time World Boxing champion Mangte Chungneijang Mary Kom or simply Mary Kom. The real life story, Priyanka's perfect acting and Sanjay Leela's movie when blended together will create magic on screen.

Bombay Velvet

Bombay Velvet is based on historian Gyan Prakash's book Mumbai Fables. Ranbir plays a big shot in the film which is set against the backdrop of love, greed, violence and jazz music. Karan Johar plays a negative character in the film, and has worked really hard to build a physique. Anurag Kashyap has also cast Raveena Tandon and Kay Kay Menon. The multi-starrer film looks promising!
