Bollywood celebrities have created a lot of buzz recently by appealing to vote. Some celebrities even posted pictures and spoke about the Lok Sabha candidates. However, when the actual voting came up, a lot of stars opted for IIFA which is currently going on in Tampa Bay, Florida.
Bollywood celebrities are often seen bragging about social responsibilities. However, when the right to exercise their vote came, most of the celebrities were not seen at the polling booths. This has welcomes a lot of controversies and criticism as we saw a lot of Bollywood celebrities casting their votes at Lok Sabha elections in Mumbai yesterday. From Sonam Kapoor to the Bachchan family, we witnessed stars who got inked. Aamir Khan, Vidya Balan and Sonam Kapoor were among the first to get inked.
However, some celebrities like Kareena Kapoor, BJP's Patna candidate Shatrugan Sinha's daughter Sonakshi Sinha, Shahid Kapoor and many more are in Tampa Bay. Here is a list of Bollywood celebrities who did not vote in 2014 Lok Sabha elections for several reasons like IIFA or shooting.
Bollywood Celebrities Who Did Not Vote In 2014 Elections:
Sonakshi who is the daughter of actor-turned BJP member, Shatrugan Sinha also urged about voting. But, Sona was also seen in any voting booth as she is in Tampa Bay attending IIFA.
