Finally after a long wait, Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra tied the knot that too secretly. It was a very private wedding kept miles away from the media glare. The wedding was held on 21st April, 2014. It was a very private and sudden celebrity wedding which was not known to many we guess.
The hush-hush celebrity wedding was held in Italy in the presence of very few members. Close family members and very few friends attended the celebrity wedding to bless the newly wed couple. According to sources, Karan Johar and Vaibhavi Merchant were some of the celebrity friends from the tinsel town who attended their wedding.

However, we did not get to see some of the very close friends of Rani and Aditya. For example, Shahrukh Khan has been a very close family friend of the Yash Raj's family. But King Khan was not seen in the wedding. He wished the newly wed couple on Twitter saying, "May Allah bless my friends Rani & Adi. Rani and SRK are very close friends and have even worked together in many films. However, SRK seems to have missed the wedding of Rani Mukerji and Aditya Chopra. He took on to Twitter to wish the newly wed couple saying, May Allah bless my friends Rani & Adi. May u enjoy the small things my friends for in the end they r the big things. Happy union...love you."
Aamir Khan
Although Aamir and Rani have been linked a lot, they are just good friends. The Talaash co-stars are very close friends and Rani also went on to say in an interview, that Aamir is one of the people whom she can call midnight at 3 am for help! However, if sources are to be believed, close friend Aamir also missed Rani and Aditya's wedding in Italy.
Salman Khan
Salman and Rani are another close celebrity friends who bond really well. However, Sallu bhai also missed the hush-hush wedding of Rani and Aditya.

Although Shatrugan Sinha is not close to the family, he called Rani Mukerji as Rani Chopra at the unveiling ceremony of Yash Chopra's statue in 2013. In an interview, Shatrugan has said, Rani deserved this marriage, as she has been committed to him. I hope they have a happy and peaceful married life."

Preity Zinta and Rani have worked in a few movies and also share mutual friendship with Salman and SRK. But the bubbly actress has reportedly not seen at the Rani and Adi wedding.
