Bollywood Touches Upon Gay, Lesbian Topics - Pictures

Though the portrayal of gay and lesbian characters have not been as bold as Hollywood in Hindi cinema, Bollywood too has touched upon the topic in its own way. Gay and lesbian characters have mostly been introduced in the film to bring in some 'comic punch'. However, the serious cinema has shown more maturity in handling gay and lesbian characters. In films like Dedh Ishqiya, My Brother Nikhil and Dunno Y.. Na Jaane Kyon to name a few, the characters have been dealt very sensibly.
