Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif who is the new face of L'oreal Paris is skipping Cannes International Film festival this year. Cannes 2014, begins today May 14. Katrina Kaif follows her fellow actresses Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Sonam Kapoor and Frieda Pinto as the fourth Indian ambassador for L'oreal.
Katrina Kaif says her 'date issues' is keeping her away from her
debut appearance at the Cannes Film festival in France.
She was likely to walk the red carpet as the face of a global
beauty brand L'oreal.She has caught embroiled in three movies and
thats' the reason for her absence.
Katrina Kaif when asked if she will be sharing the red carpet
appearance with Aishwarya Rai and Sonam Kapoor, Kat said, "That is
still to be seen if we can, but it seems a little unlikely because
Bang being a little delayed."
Sonam Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai have been making appearances in
Cannes after they got associated with the beauty brand L'oreal.
But, looks like Kat will give it a miss this time.

Born to an Indian father and a British mother, Katrina started
out as a model and moved from London to Mumbai.She made her
Bollywood debut in 2003 with Boom. She went on to
star in major hits such as Namastey London, Partner,
Race and Raajneeti, among others.
Katrina Kaif who became the L'oreal paris brand ambassador said,
"I'm honored to be a part of the L'Oreal Paris family... The
stunning women that represent the brand across the globe are strong
motivators. It is an incredible privilege to be joining this league

One of Kaif's most awaited releases this year will be Fox Star
Studios India's Bang Bang, a Bollywood reworking
of the Tom Cruise-Cameron Diaz starrer Knight
and Day, in which she will co-star with top star Hrithik
Katrina Kaif who is caught between date issues and three films
is not able to appear in Cannes 2014, France which she was looking
forward to so much.
