Finding
Fanny
special
screening
was
conducted
at
Lightbox
in
Mumbai
where
the
entire
cast
and
crew
were
present
cheering
for
their
film.
Director
Homi
Adjania
arrived
first,
after
which
stars
Deepika
Padukone,
Arjun
Kapoor
and
Dimple
Kapadia
followed
suit.
Finding
Fanny,
which
is
said
to
be
released
in
English
and
Hindi
was
facing
some
censorship
trouble
in
getting
a
U/A
certification.
CBFC
official
Deepak
who
is
supposedly
the
Personal
Assistant
to
Chairperson
Leela
Samson
has
asked
the
film
director
Homi
Adajania
to
cut
down
the
word
'virgin'
from
Deepika
Padukone's
dialogue.
According
to
a
scene
in
Finding
Fanny,
Deepika
Tandel
says
'I

so
many
issues
in
censor

one
expected

to
our
surprise

Hrithik
Roshan
and
Karan
Johar
cheering
loudly
for
the
lead
actors
of
the
movie,
Deepika
Padukone
and
Arjun
Kapoor.
Another
surprise
of
the
fans
is
that
Homi
Adajania
is
releasing
a
novel
on
the
film.
In
fact,
the
film
has
been
inspired
from
this
novel
which
was
kept
under
wraps.
According
to
Homi,
Kersi
Kambatta,
the
co-writer
on
the
film,

this
novel
from
Homi's
short
story
Finding
Fanny.
They
later
based
the
screenplay
of
the
film
on
the
novel
but
he
wouldn't
let
it
release.
The
movies
is
based
on
five
Goans

road
trip
in
search
of
an
old
postman's
childhood
love,
