Coming

on
the
heels
of

States
is
Vishal
Bhardwaj's
Haider,
with
its
nomination
in
eight
categories,
including
Leading
Role
Male
for
Shahid
Kapoor,
and
Kay
Kay
Menon
in
both
Supporting
Role
Male
and
Negative
Role.

States,
based
on
Chetan
Bhagat's
novel
of
the
same
name,
will
be
vying
for
the
Best
Picture
trophy
with
Queen,
PK,
Haider,
Highway
and
Mary
Kom.
IIFA
stands
for
International
Indian
Film
Academy
Awards
and
it
is
a
set
of
awards
presented
annually
by
the
International
Indian
Film
Academy
to
honour
the
artists
of
different
talents
in
Bollywood.
It
was
instituted
in
2000
and
each
year
the
ceremony
is
held
in
different
countries,
the
last
one
being
held
in
Tampa
Bay
Area,
Florida
USA.
This
year
the
IIFA
will
be
taking
place
in
Malaysia
and
to
announce
the
same
Bipasha
Basu
and
Anil
Kapoor
flew
to
the
country
along
with
other
officials
and
held
a
press
conference.
After
a
huge
gap
of
13
years
is
the
IIFA
taking
place
in
Malyasia.
The
awards
ceremony
is
one
of
the
biggest,
along
the
lines
of
Oscar
for
Bollywood.
