This year's Lakme Fashion Week was a big success with the Bollywood celebrities turning out to be spectacular stunners at the show.

The LFW opened with Jacqueline Fernandez's angelic looks as the showstopper and Kareena Kapoor ended it with a bang by turning into a regal showstopper.

The historic building of the St. Xavier's College served as a dramatic backdrop for ace fashion designer Rohit Bal's grand finale showcase for the summer-resort 2016 edition of Lakme Fashion Week (LFW), which he wrapped up with the grandeur it deserved.

Even the showtopper Kareena was happy walking the runway in the outfit, which according to her was though "very heavy" -- but something that she would like to keep as a heirloom.

"This is the first time I am walking for Rohit Bal, but I think his clothes are amazing. His clothes reflect his personality, which is very ostentatious... I think super sexy and super amazing. I love it especially because it has this chand (shape of moon) on it, so I like it. I would personally love to keep it for next 50 years for my family as heirloom," she said.

On choosing Kareena Kapoor Khan, Bal said, "Kareena is a vision. She really is a goddess. It's not just about how she looks. It's about the person she is, understanding, sharp and intelligent. I have a lot of friends in Bollywood, but this girl, despite being so young, she understands fashion, she understands inner beauty, she understands spirituality."

While Kareena made the finale even more grand, the other days were made special and happening by many Bollywood stunners like Shraddha Kapoor, Amy Jackson, Sunny Leone and so on. The men were no less, Sidharth Malhotra and Arjun Kapoor too rocked the ramp in their showstopper look.
