He had said, "I was thrust into the limelight pretty much overnight after the success of 'Band Baaja Baaraat'. I went from obscurity to fame in one night. So, it was very difficult to cope with that. I had not grown up around anybody famous. I had not observed what it means to be a public figure. I made a lot of mistakes, there were some really poor choices. I didn't know what to wear, how to dress like, I didn't know who to be. I didn't know what was going on. It was so overwhelming."

Ranveer, On The Work Front:

On the work front, the Bajirao Mastani actor will be next seen in Aditya Chopra's upcoming film, Befikre, which also casts Vani Kapoor in the lead role. The film is slated to be released on December 9, 2016.
