Soha Ali Khan Siddharth Break-Up: The glamorous allies of Bollywood are filled with several unfulfilled love stories. Celebrities falling in and out of love with their co-stars is nothing new.
One such unknown love story is that of actress Soha Ali Khan and her Rang De Basanti co-star Siddharth. The Pataudi princess is turning 45 tomorrow, October 4, and on this special occasion, let's see a throwback story of her breakup with the South actor.
Soha Ali Khan & Siddharth broke up due to a commitment issue
Although Soha Ali Khan and South Indian film star Siddharth never openly talked about their relationship, the couple were rumoured to be dating each other.
Let us tell you that both have worked in Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra's 2006 film Rang De Basanti, and it is said that their romance began on the sets of the film.
Owing to Siddharth's divorce and Soha's lineage, both actors kept their romance low-key. But their togetherness didn't last for long. However, not many details are available about their relationship and breakup. Speaking to HT in an old interview, Soha once said that she was in touch with Sidharth as a friend and denied dating him.
"We have been friends since Range De Basanti days. I have stayed in touch with Alice Patten and Kunal Kapoor. I am even working with Sharman Joshi and so I have been in touch with Siddharth. We work for films in different cities. Now, that he is in Bombay we catch up occasionally, that doesn't mean I am dating him," she told the outlet.
As per reports, Pataudi never met Siddharth; however, his cool and charming personality had impressed Saif Ali Khan, Mansoor Ali Khan, and Sharmila Tagore.
Further, another report by India Today stated that Siddharth did not want to be in a fully committed relationship, which caused arguments between him and Soha. The actress felt that Siddharth didn't prioritise her, and it was she who ended up compromising and mending things with him.
Well, Soha is happily married to Kunal Khemu, and they have a cute daughter together, while Siddharth is rumoured to be dating actress Aditi Rao Hydari.
