Now
we
have
a
special
treat
for
all
of
you
who
love
to
go
back
in
time.
Here
is
a
photograph
from
the
British
film
Pretty
Polly
which
released
in
1967.
The
film
titled
A
Matter
of
Innocence
in
the
U.S.
had
our
very
own
Shashi
Kapoor
and
the
lucky
lady
next
to
him
is
Hayley
Mills.
In this scene Hayley Mills enters a salon as a plain girl and comes out looking stunning and provokes Shashi into paying her a compliment. Shashi Kapoor was one of the first Indian stars to work in a foreign film and he did a pretty good job out of it. The film was based on a short story by Noel Coward and was Shashi Kapoor's second international film after the Merchant-Ivory film Shakespeare-Wallah.
