Most of Arshad Warsi's projects that have succeeded at the box-office had comedy as the central theme, the most recent example being that of Dhamaal. And the name 'Circuit' and the Munnabhai movies will always stick to Arshad Warsi.

However, Arshad feels that there is more to him than just comedy, though he thanks the audience for the whole-hearted support that they gave to his comic films like Maine Pyaar Kyun Kiya, Golmaal, Dhamaal and not to forget the two Munnabhai films. The actor is practical enough to admit that he is more suited for multistarrers rather than solo projects.

It now seems that Arshad may manage to break free from his comedy image with the November 23 release, Dhan Dhan Dhan Goal. The movie will see the talented actor essaying the serious role of a club footballer, 'Shaan'. In fact, Arshad was so keyed up about the role that he used to practice football with his Dhamaal, co-stars, in between the shots.
